 The Cottages at Little River Farm, is a community concept known as "new urbanism" which is designed to create a traditional neighborhood feel. Located on Highway 15/501 between Pinehurst and Carthage, phase one of the project will feature 77 single-family cottages.
Little River is a former 650-acre equestrian farm and has become a premium Golf Club and Resort featuring a Dan Maples course.
