Market stats overall can be a little misleading, so we’ve broken the data down into segments; and we’ve included stats from 2007 and 2008 to use as benchmarks. In 2007, the market was fairly stable, but the nationwide real estate crisis finally began to hit the Pinehurst area MLS in 2008.
